At OhSnap Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech gear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible electronics within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your OhSnap account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
